Andrea Jose Castro Founder and Creative Director
After working for more than seven years in the areas of social development for mining projects, Andrea José founded in 2016 Casa Collab with the purpose of creating a more sustainable business model for jewellery.
She holds an MA from Central Saint Martins in London and she is a Business engineer from Pacifico University Peru and other courses in entrepreneurship in Cambridge University, UK. She also has done several courses in applied to jewellery design and jewellery techniques.
Carolina Tejada Co- Founder and Director
Business administrator from Católica University Arequipa, she has dedicated more than 15 years to the education and formation of women from peri-urban areas from Peru. Through ANSPAC Peru, where she has been director, she has been able to increase the level of development of extreme poverty mothers of Lima.
GLOBAL DESIGNERS
Akiyo Matsuoka (Japan- New York) launched her design career in 1993 with an assignment to develop pieces for the Escada 1994 spring/summer and fall/winter jewelry collections. She was selected as a 1994 Diamonds-International Awards finalist and graduated with honors from Parsons School of Design in New York City.
